Johan Müllern-Aspegren

As an Emerging Tech Lead at Applied Innovation Exchange @ Capgemini, I lead and align the exploration of opportunities, innovation and asset development in future AI. I am the founder of RIOT Labs, associate of the AI Futures Lab, and the Startup Ecosystem Lead Nordics at Capgemini, where I collaborate with internal and external partners to build our capability and position as a leader in AI innovation. With over 20 years of experience in running innovation projects from idea to product, I have founded multiple arenas to accelerate innovation in the interface between business, academia and public sector. I have coached and guided hundreds of teams through the innovation process, using design sprints, agile methodologies, and scrum. I have also organized and led large-scale innovation events, and been invited as a keynote speaker on innovation at international conferences. I serve as a mentor for young innovation leaders and as an innovation expert in the pan-European project HI3 (Health Innovation, Implementation, Impact). My mission is to empower people and organizations to create positive change and value through innovation and AI.
